Sometimes, a package may be damaged during transit by the shipping provider. In most cases, however, only the outer packaging is affected, while the contents remain intact.
In such instances, the package is not returned to us but is repackaged by the shipping provider and delivered to you with a slight delay.
If your order is incomplete and the package is also damaged upon arrival, please contact our support team immediately at [email protected]. Since you accepted the damaged package, it is your responsibility to file a damage report directly with DHL. Our support team will provide you with the necessary form and clear instructions on how to submit the damage report to DHL.
Once the damage report has been processed and completed by DHL, we’ll be happy to assist you in finding a resolution. This could include a redelivery or an alternative solution.
