We’re very sorry that your free item was not included in your order. Please note that the free item – depending on availability in a specific color or flavor – must be manually added to your shopping cart. You can do this by clicking the “Add for free” button next to the selection field.

You can confirm whether the free item was successfully added to your order by checking the checkout page. If the item is listed there, it has been correctly included in your order.

If your order was completed without the free item, we regret that we cannot add it afterward. Once an order is finalized, it is immediately forwarded to our logistics partners, and changes cannot be made after the order confirmation.
