HOW DO I RETURN A PRODUCT?Updated 3 months ago
Please note: Returned items must be unused, unopened, and in their original condition!
If you would like to return an item, please follow these steps:
Note on the return slip which items you would like to be refunded.
If possible, pack the items in their original packaging and include the return slip in the parcel.
Stamp the parcel sufficiently and send it to the following address:

You can request a link to create and print a return label via our support team at [email protected].
The parcel can then be handed in at any Hermes post office with the return label attached.
Important: Please keep the tracking number of your return in case of any delays or loss of the parcel.
Once your return has been received, each product will be inspected by our returns management team to ensure that all conditions are met. You will receive a confirmation email once your return has been processed.
We reserve the right to return items that do not meet the criteria back to the customer.
If the remaining value of your order falls below the minimum threshold due to the return, we kindly ask you to return the free item as well. Otherwise, the free item will be charged automatically.
