CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER AFTER PLACING IT?Updated a month ago

Once the payment process is completed, your order is immediately forwarded to our warehouse for processing. For this reason, changes after the fact – such as modifying flavors, package sizes, delivery addresses, adding a discount code, or changing/adding a free gift – are unfortunately not possible.

Cancellations or address changes can be reviewed in exceptional cases and only before the shipping process begins. Please contact our customer service team for assistance. However, once your order is in the packaging or shipping process, we can no longer make changes or cancellations.
